Will my Court, Probation, and DMV accept this class?
Courts and Government agencies do what they want. You should verify with them that they will accept the class before purchasing. Either way, we offer a money back guarantee, no questions asked.

How do I show the judge or probation officer that I finished the class?
When you complete the class, download and save your certificate. Send a copy of the certificate to your attorney or your probation officer. Print out a copy and bring it with you to court to show the judge.

What if I bought the wrong course, can I get my money back?
If your probation officer or the judge rejects the certificate, let us know and we will refund your money. Refunds take about 2 weeks to process.

Your case record will include the necessary consent forms, confidentiality statements, complaint procedure acknowledgments, client rights acknowledgments, and policy acceptance documents.
Only the minimum necessary information will be released to external parties when required. We may release your information to the Wyoming Department of Transportation Driver Services, the court where your case is heard, your attorney, and your probation office
